About the Role
Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA seeks a Finance Manager for its Real Estate department to oversee financial operations, manage financial data, and contribute to achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire financial accounting cycle for the Real Estate department, including revenue recognition, accounts receivable, vendor payments, lease agreements, and property related expenses
- Responsible for timely closure of books on a monthly basis and preparation of MIS reporting to management
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Prepare monthly and quarterly cash flow projections
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and contractual obligations
- Coordinate with external auditors for the completion of financial audits
- Develop and implement financial budgets and forecasts for the Real Estate department
- Monitor and control departmental expenses, identifying and implementing cost saving measures
- Partner with other departments including Leasing and facilities management for seamless day to day operations
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
Requirements
- Experience in financial management, preferably in real estate or hospitality
- UAE National
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Leadership and team management skills
