- Assist with processing invoices, receipts, and financial documentation
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
- Help with bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Support month end closing activities
- Verify data accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis when required
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance related matters
- Perform other administrative and finance related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing the final year)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast paced environment
