Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional partnerships strategy in line with business objectives
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships across airlines, loyalty programs, financial institutions, tourism boards, technology providers, OTAs, retail, and lifestyle brands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key industry stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and joint business planning activities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Digital, Distribution, and Loyalty teams to maximize partnership value
- Drive joint marketing campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, and revenue generating collaborations
- Explore new ancillary revenue opportunities and alternative distribution channels
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure delivery of agreed KPIs and ROI
- Represent Millennium Hotels & Resorts at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, hospitality, travel, or commercial leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and revenue generation experience
- Experience working with international brands and regional stakeholders
- Established network within hospitality, travel, aviation, tourism, or loyalty sectors
