Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, the Finance Manager is responsible for leading Green Infrastructure Partners' corporate accounting function and ensuring the integrity, consistency and compliance of accounting across the organization.

Lead the corporate accounting function and oversee month-end close activities for the enterprise.
Ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of balance sheet accounts through timely reconciliations, reviews and resolution of outstanding items.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and accounting schedules prepared by the team.
Hands-on approach with ability to prepare detailed accounting schedules, including fixed asset continuity, lease accounting, and other balance sheet supporting reconciliations, to assist the team in meeting reporting and operational requirements as needed.
Effectively mentor, and develop team members, fostering professional growth, enhancing performance, and building a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Act as the primary accounting advisor to Operations Finance teams, providing guidance on non-routine accounting transactions.
Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, Legal, Procurement and Operations to resolve accounting issues and improve accounting processes.
Maintain compliance with IFRS, corporate accounting policies and internal control requirements.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and standardize financial reporting processes.
Drive improvements to month-end close efficiency, reporting quality and internal controls.
Partner with IT and Finance Systems teams to enhance JD Edwards, Hubble, Workiva and related financial reporting tools.
