About the Role
PwC Middle East is seeking a Finance Manager for its Managed Services team in Riyadh. You will manage day-to-day finance operations, oversee service delivery, and lead a team to ensure SLA compliance.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day delivery for Finance engagements including oversight of key customer deliverables
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions across end to end finance processes
- Complete quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies and customer expectations
- Hold overall accountability for SLA/OLA compliance within engagement team
- Manage workload and report on progress and issue escalations
- Monitor team performance and implement coaching
- Mentor and motivate team members to foster a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with peers and managers to improve efficiency
- Implement corrective actions and continuously improve service delivery
- Lead quality improvement initiatives based on feedback
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with 8+ years in Accounting or Financial Reporting
- 3+ years people management experience leading a team in a complex process environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting/reporting systems and P&L/Balance Sheet
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent
- Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to travel 100% within KSA

How You’ll Contribute

What You’ll Bring
- Qualified Accountant with 8+ years in Accounting or Financial Reporting.
- 3+ years people management experience leading a team in a complex process environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting/reporting systems and P&L/Balance Sheet.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and Insurance or Reinsurance accounting is desirable.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
Designations & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications like ACA, ACCA, CIMA advantageous.
- Experience in coaching and coordinating a team.
- Experience in defining and tracking KPIs.
- Strong leader fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
