Role description
The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
The role oversees financial planning, reporting, controls, compliance, audits, process improvement, and finance team development.
Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitor cash flow, manage the general ledger and month-end closing, and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and procurement to analyze costs, margins, and investment decisions.
- Support strategic planning with data-driven insights and provide senior leadership with regular financial analysis and recommendations.
- Supervise compliance with local regulations, tax and Zakat requirements, and internal policies.
- Strengthen internal controls, support audits, lead and develop the finance team, and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting, including general ledger management, month-end closing, and relevant standards.
- Experience with financial controls, audits, and risk management.
- Ability to use ERP and financial systems, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in Accounting with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG, preferably in the water or beverage industry, and familiarity with the Saudi regulatory, tax, and Zakat environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
