Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance reporting across multiple business units and contracts
- Analyse contract level and group level P&L, balance sheet and cash flow performance
- Identify cost optimisation, margin improvement and revenue enhancement opportunities
- Drive financial restructuring, working capital optimisation and cash flow improvement initiatives
- Develop site level profitability, cost per unit and margin analysis models
- Implement finance automation, AI enabled tools and reporting solutions
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax and other regulatory requirements
- Partner with operations, procurement and commercial teams to strengthen financial discipline
- Provide timely financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors and regulatory authorities
- Build, develop and mentor a high performing finance team
Requirements
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA or CMA
- Minimum 8 10 years of progressive finance experience with significant managerial responsibility
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations
- Industry experience in Facilities Management, Food & Beverage, catering, retail, hospitality or multi site service businesses
- Proven experience in financial turnaround, restructuring, cost optimisation or business transformation
- Hands on experience managing multi contract P&Ls, site level margins and operational cost drivers
- Experience working with banks, auditors and regulatory bodies
- MBA is an advantage

About the Role
- The Finance Manager will lead the organisation’s financial strategy, planning and performance management across multiple business verticals and operating contracts.
- The role requires a commercially focused finance professional capable of improving profitability, optimising working capital, strengthening financial controls and driving business transformation through automation and technology.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
