About the Role

  • The Finance Manager will lead the organisation’s financial strategy, planning and performance management across multiple business verticals and operating contracts.
  • The role requires a commercially focused finance professional capable of improving profitability, optimising working capital, strengthening financial controls and driving business transformation through automation and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance reporting across multiple business units and contracts.
  • Analyse contract level and group level P&L, balance sheet and cash flow performance.
  • Identify cost optimisation, margin improvement and revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Drive financial restructuring, working capital optimisation and cash flow improvement initiatives.
  • Develop site level profitability, cost per unit and margin analysis models.
  • Implement finance automation, AI enabled tools and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax and other regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with operations, procurement and commercial teams to strengthen financial discipline.
  • Provide timely financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors and regulatory authorities.
  • Build, develop and mentor a high performing finance team.

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA or CMA; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including significant managerial responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
  • Industry experience in Facilities Management, Food & Beverage, catering, retail, hospitality or multi site service businesses.
  • Proven experience in financial turnaround, restructuring, cost optimisation or business transformation.
  • Hands on experience managing multi contract P&Ls, site level margins and operational cost drivers.
  • Experience working with banks, auditors and regulatory bodies.
