Company Overview

Giftery.pro is a digital commerce company specializing in gift cards, game keys, and digital products.

The business sells through its own website and online marketplaces such as Eneba and G2A.

Finance operations involve multiple suppliers, payment gateways, currencies, banking partners, and reconciliation processes.

Role Overview

Own the finance function, improve financial processes, and help build a scalable finance operation.

The role offers potential progression toward CFO-level leadership as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier payments, accounts payable, and multi-currency transactions.
  • Reconcile sales, payment gateways, bank accounts, and marketplace settlements.
  • Monitor cash flow, treasury, and working capital.
  • Prepare management reports covering revenue, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.
  • Oversee bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial controls.
  • Analyse profitability by product, supplier, marketplace, and payment method.
  • Improve, automate, and scale finance processes and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in finance operations, accounting, FP&A, treasury, or financial control.
  • Experience with multi-currency transactions and financial reconciliations.
  • Hands-on experience with foreign currency valuation and exchange-rate fluctuations.
  • Strong understanding of payment gateways, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks.

Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Financial reporting, modelling, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in e-commerce or digital commerce.
  • Experience with digital products, gift cards, or gaming.
  • Experience with payment gateways and online marketplaces.
  • Experience in multi-currency or high-volume transaction businesses.
  • Experience with FX valuation and currency fluctuations.

Compensation

  • Salary is AED 8,000–AED 11,000 per month, based on experience.

Working Schedule

  • Working schedule is Monday through Friday.

Work Location

  • Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
