Job Description
Provide customer support by listening to customer queries and delivering appropriate support and solutions.
This is a customer support role, not a telemarketing or sales position, and has no sales targets or lead generation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls in a polite, professional, and efficient manner.
- Answer incoming calls and messages and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and assist customers with their concerns.
- Follow up on customer inquiries that are not resolved immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service and support while helping resolve customer concerns.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi or Urdu and English is required.
- Previous call center customer service experience is required.
- Inbound call center experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Experience with 3CX, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Bitrix24 is preferred.
Compensation
- Full-time employment is offered.
- Salary is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
