- Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts
- Monitor actual performance versus budget and analyze variances
- Provide financial insights and recommend corrective actions
- Support long term financial planning and business expansion initiatives
- Oversee day to day accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, Payroll)
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS or local GAAP
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial records
- Analyze financial performance and profitability by department or project
- Prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Conduct cost analysis and identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Support investment evaluation and financial feasibility studies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA highly desirable
- Minimum 8–10 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in automotive, retail, or trading sector
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; English is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.

- Control capital expenditure and financial commitments.
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Implement and maintain strong internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Monitor risk management processes.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.
- Promote continuous improvement and financial discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA is preferred).
