Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury automotive showroom and achieve and exceed sales targets through professional consultation, deep product knowledge, and premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage high profile clients with a professional and welcoming approach.
  • Identify customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend the most suitable vehicle options.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives that highlight product features, performance, and luxury details.
  • Handle negotiations and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all vehicle models, trims, features, and competitive brands.
  • Present the luxury brand image in line with showroom standards.
  • Provide tailored financing, leasing, and insurance options in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for units sold, accessories, and value added services.
  • Actively prospect and follow up with potential customers through calls, CRM systems, and personal networks.
  • Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Maintain long term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up post sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury automotive sales or high end retail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages like German or Russian are an advantage.
  • Well presented, confident, and capable of engaging high net worth clients.
