Responsibilities
- Greet and engage high profile clients with a professional and welcoming approach
- Identify customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives highlighting product features and luxury details
- Handle negotiations and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all vehicle models, trims, features, and competitive brands
- Present the luxury brand image in line with showroom standards
- Provide tailored financing, leasing, and insurance options in collaboration with the finance team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for units sold, accessories, and value added services
- Actively prospect and follow up with potential customers through calls, CRM systems, and personal networks
- Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Maintain long term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Follow up post sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in luxury automotive sales or high end retail
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Well presented, confident, and capable of engaging high net worth clients

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury automotive showroom and achieve and exceed sales targets through professional consultation, deep product knowledge, and premium service standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in luxury automotive sales or high end retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages like German or Russian are an advantage.
- Well presented, confident, and capable of engaging high net worth clients.
