Job Summary

  • To support the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen the company’s automotive brand presence, drive sales leads, and enhance customer engagement across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing annual marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support budget planning, campaign scheduling, and marketing calendar management.
  • Ensure marketing activities are executed according to approved plans and timelines.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Support vehicle launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate branding initiatives.
  • Review and approve marketing materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other online platforms.
  • Monitor website performance, social media channels, and online vehicle listings.
  • Track campaign performance, lead generation, customer engagement, and digital analytics.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor CRM system usage and ensure customer data accuracy and segmentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience in campaign management, brand development, and event coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand identity.
