The Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is a 3-year, early career rotational program designed to expose associates to Carrier’s segments and finance functions at a New York Stock Exchange traded company with market-leading products and services utilized by customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Rotations are designed to expose associates to multiple segments and functions which may include Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations, among other Finance functions based on business need. Rotation locations are updated annually and may include Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, or others. Relocation based on annual role assignment and travel for training events during the program is required and covered by the Company.
