Role overview
The Finance Intern supports the Finance team with financial analysis and business intelligence.
The role provides hands-on exposure to sales, finance, and operations leadership and to insights that support business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily accounting entries with the BPO team in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Manage GOSI bill payments and perform account reconciliations.
- Follow up on customer payments and coordinate supplier payment activities.
- Maintain customer and vendor master data.
- Perform payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor the open order book.
- Support the sales team through coordination with customers and customer service.
- Create purchase orders with procurement based on purchasing requirements.
- Contribute to executive dashboards and performance reporting tools.
- Work with senior finance professionals on financial operations and decision-making.
