Role Overview
Join the Inspiring Audio Business as an RTS System Support Engineer.
Support customers, solve technical challenges, and deliver communication and audio solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on RTS products and solutions.
- Support Sales with technical expertise during customer engagements, project planning, and solution design.
- Review customer intercom system designs and develop scalable, operational solutions.
- Analyse customer challenges and provide troubleshooting, validation, and technical solutions.
- Validate system architectures and support optimal solutions for customer applications.
- Troubleshoot, test, and debug RTS hardware and software products, documenting and escalating issues when required.
- Create technical documentation, system designs, and signal flow diagrams.
- Assist with commissioning, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams.
