About the Role

- Receive and reconcile cash bank at beginning of shift
- Collect and verify daily remittances envelopes from cashiers
- Count money with witness and prepare daily general cashier's report and bank deposit slips
- Investigate cash short and over discrepancies
- Prepare petty cash summary and issue payments
- Monitor daily official exchange rate
- Withdraw cash from bank accounts and keep custody of cash fund
- Prepare bank deposit slips along with monthly deposit summary

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Control and reconcile inhouse funds and reimbursement
- Receive cash bank at beginning of work shift
- Collect and verify all daily remittances envelopes prepared by cashiers
- Count money with witness and prepare daily general cashier's report and bank deposit slips
- Verify accuracy by counting money and investigating cash short and over
- Prepare General Cashier's report with all amounts according to income of each cashier
- Submit General Cashier's report with bank receipt to chief Accountant
- Prepare petty cash summary for prior approval and issue payment
- Count all monetary amounts in the safe
- Withdraw cash from bank accounts and keep custody of cash fund
- Monitor daily official exchange rate
- Prepare bank deposit slips along with monthly deposit summary
Qualifications
- Saudi national
- Fresh graduate preferred
- Fair English communication skills are must
