Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Finance & HR Executive with hands-on accounting, payroll, and HR administration experience.
The role combines finance operations with payroll and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoicing, expenses, and payment tracking.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Process monthly payroll and WPS submissions.
- Calculate salaries, leave salary, and final settlements.
- Maintain employee records and manage attendance and leave.
- Use Zoho Books, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll.
- Provide VAT-related accounting support and prepare financial reports.
- Handle general HR administration and employee documentation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE experience is required.
- Strong accounting and payroll knowledge is required.
- Hands-on Zoho experience is required.
- Good Excel skills are required.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT, WPS, and labour processes is required.
