Role Overview
The employer is hiring a Finance & HR Executive with hands-on experience in accounting, payroll, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices and track expenses and payments.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Process monthly payroll and WPS submissions.
- Calculate salaries, leave salaries, and final settlements.
- Maintain employee records and manage attendance and leave.
- Use Zoho Books, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll.
- Provide VAT-related accounting support and prepare financial reports.
- Perform general HR administration and maintain employee documentation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the UAE.
- Strong accounting and payroll knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho tools.
- Good Excel skills.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT, WPS, and labour processes.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–AED 6,000 per month.
