Role Overview

The posting seeks a Finance Director with leadership experience in financial and accounting operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all company financial and accounting operations.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Develop internal controls and manage financial risks.
Oversee financial reporting and compliance with financial and tax regulations.
Manage cash flow, improve financial performance, and support strategic decisions.
Lead property operations, leasing, maintenance, and customer relationship management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
A master’s degree is preferred.
A recognized professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
At least 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years as a Finance Director.
Experience in holding companies is preferred.
Experience with a Big Four auditing firm is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of IFRS, zakat, and taxation.
Strong leadership and analytical skills.
