Finance Responsibilities
- Lead all financial and accounting operations of the company.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop internal control systems and manage financial risks.
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance with financial and tax regulations.
- Manage cash flow, improve financial performance, and support strategic decisions.
Property Management Responsibilities
- Lead residential and commercial property portfolio management operations.
- Oversee property operations, leasing, maintenance, and customer relationship management.
- Improve asset efficiency, quality, and investment returns.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
- A recognized professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA is required.
- At least 10 years of financial experience, including three years as a Finance Director, is required.
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS and Zakat and tax matters is required.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in a holding company is preferred.
- Experience with a Big Four audit firm is preferred.
