Role Overview
Rgheeb is seeking a creative Dessert Product Development Chef to join its culinary team.
The role develops dessert offerings that reflect customer preferences, market trends, and brand identity.
The position works with chefs and product managers in a creative kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop new dessert recipes aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
- Test and refine recipes to meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Create seasonal dessert menus and special offerings with the culinary team.
- Oversee dessert production for consistency and quality across batches.
- Train kitchen staff on dessert preparation techniques and presentation.
- Monitor dessert industry trends, flavor profiles, and innovations.
- Manage ingredient inventory and sourcing for dessert production.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns promoting new dessert products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain an organized and clean dessert preparation area.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Dessert Chef, or in a similar dessert product development role.
