Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- MBA or Master’s degree is advantageous
- CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is highly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience with executive leadership exposure
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, governance, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated leadership of large finance functions
- Excellent commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage
