Role Description
Part-time remote Finance Director role supporting Pak Palestine Forum and its Save Gaza Campaign activities.
Oversee financial management, planning, reporting, controls, and financial advice for the organization and campaign.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor budgets and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Maintain transparent records of donations, grants, and expenditures.
- Prepare and review financial statements and support compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Advise leadership on resource allocation and financial risk.
- Coordinate with program teams on funding needs and implement financial controls.
- Produce analysis to support strategic decisions and collaborate with leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in finance, financial planning, and budgeting for organizations or campaigns.
- Proficiency with financial statements, financial reporting, accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial control systems.
- Knowledge of nonprofit or civil society financial management, donor reporting, and basic compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CA, or CPA is an asset.
- Strong organization, communication, independence, deadline management, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
