Role overview

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide clerical, accounting, and analytical support for month-end close processes.
• Support bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support collection specialists by maintaining customer call note files.
• Assist with auditing Concur expenses.
• Perform virtual cheque deposits and support cash receipt deposits, applications, and reconciliations.
• Manage voucher entry, basic accounts payable voucher entries, and clerical administrative maintenance.
• Maintain vendor data integrity in P21, including vendor data maintenance and ACH or other reconciliations.
• Facilitate customer responses and communication, including invoices, statements, and appropriate forms.
• Facilitate cross-functional customer dispute resolution.
• Maintain customer data integrity, including credit limits, terms, status, and contact information.
• Support subsidiary accounting activity and reporting and prepare and file sales tax filings.
• Provide vacation and absence coverage for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting teams.
