Role Description
Support day-to-day financial and accounting operations for SFSN.
This is a full-time remote Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant role.
Core work includes transaction processing, reconciliations, credit control, reporting, and period-end support.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Monitor petty cash transactions and reconcile cash balances.
- Assist with bank reconciliations.
- Track outstanding balances, follow up on payments, and maintain credit control records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing.
- Record financial data accurately in accounting systems.
- Respond to finance-related queries from internal stakeholders and external contacts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and finance skills, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic financial reporting.
- Credit control skills, including payment follow-up and organized recordkeeping.
- Petty cash management and cash reconciliation skills.
- Clear professional communication skills.
