Position Overview
The employer is hiring a Customer Experience Associate.
The role is full-time and focuses on customer support, inquiry handling, issue resolution, and administrative assistance.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and general inquiries.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- Help resolve basic customer issues and follow up when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service information.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Work with other teams to address customer needs.
- Support general customer service and administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- No previous experience is required, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, customer-focused, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
