Role Description
Full-time remote customer service role supporting members, partners, and users of SFSN digital health services.
The role focuses on efficient issue resolution, user guidance, accurate documentation, and service improvement.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Resolve issues and track cases to completion while maintaining a positive stakeholder experience.
- Document interactions in the CRM system and prepare simple reports on recurring questions or service trends.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams.
- Support onboarding and guidance for new users.
- Update FAQs and support materials and collaborate on service process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer support skills focused on prompt and professional issue resolution.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working remotely with reliable internet access and independent time management.
- Comfort using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
- Attention to detail, accurate documentation, confidentiality, and data protection awareness.
- Previous healthcare, technology, or digital services support experience is advantageous.
