Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance, banking, or financial services.
- Previous experience with a UAE bank handling auto finance or within an automotive Finance & Insurance department is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products, lending policies, and credit assessment.
- Solid understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations, compliance requirements, and the latest regulatory updates related to automotive finance.
- Experience working with multiple banking and insurance partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Customer focused with a results driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience with UAE automotive financing products and banking policies.
- Good understanding of AECB reports, loan structuring, and automotive insurance products.
- Established relationships with UAE banks or financial institutions are an advantage.
