About the Company
KAVAK operates an e-commerce business focused on the purchase and sale of pre-owned vehicles and is expanding across the GCC region.
The GCC team is building technology, processes, and products for the pre-owned car market.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the mall kiosk as a point of contact for used-car sellers.
- Source high-quality used cars from individuals visiting the mall.
- Negotiate prices and complete the paperwork and documentation required for purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage transactions from start to finish.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet purchase targets and gross profit goals.
- Monitor automotive market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in used car buying.
- University, diploma, college graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is beneficial.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer rapport-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complete transactions.
- Knowledge of the local automotive market and pricing trends.
- Genuine passion for cars and customer service.
