Responsibilities
- Review supplier invoices and support documents prior to processing in Oracle ERP
- Ensure invoices are accurately coded, approved, and recorded in Oracle AP
- Manage supplier payments and AP sub ledger activities
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and analyze AP aging reports and support cash flow planning
- Support month end and year end close activities related to Accounts Payable
- Prepare VAT schedules and support documentation for VAT return filings
- Support Corporate Tax (CIT) compliance and reporting requirements
- Ensure accounting treatments comply with IFRS requirements and company policies
- Support internal, external, VAT, and Corporate Tax audits
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and management schedules
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
- Strong exposure to Accounts Payable, VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and Oracle ERP Finance modules

Job Purpose
- Manage Accounts Payable activities, VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, IFRS related accounting requirements, and Oracle ERP transactions.
