1. Responsibilities And Duties
- Support accounts receivable management by following up on outstanding payments and updating receivable records.
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other billing-related documents.
- Assist in account reconciliations, including bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and organizing accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain supporting documents and resolve finance-related queries.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned by the finance team.
2. 2. Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Communications And Working Relationships
The intern will interact with various departments within the organization and support the finance team in coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers where required.
The role requires effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork to ensure smooth finance operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
