The Field Verification Officer supports verification operations.
The role is full-time and at junior level, with one to four years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer or employee locations for address verification.
- Verify employment details by visiting company offices when required.
- Support education and document verification activities.
- Conduct phone-based verification checks.
- Update verification details in the system.
- Capture required photos and field evidence using mobile applications.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Report incorrect or unclear information to the operations team.
Requirements
- One to four years of experience in field verification, banking, telecom, collections, field sales, or a similar role.
- Must be a graduate.
- Comfortable with local travel.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications and reporting tools.
- Good communication skills in the local language.
- Basic English skills are preferred.
- Own vehicle and a valid driving license are preferred.
