Field Verification Officer (Based in Dubai)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to residential and business addresses for address verification.
• Verify employment details by visiting company offices or workplaces when required.
• Conduct education and document verification activities.
• Perform phone-based verification checks with relevant individuals or organizations.
• Collect accurate information and identify discrepancies during verification.
• Capture photographs and field evidence using mobile applications.
• Update verification results and case details accurately in the system.
• Prepare and submit verification reports within required timelines.
• Escalate incorrect, incomplete, suspicious, or unclear information to the Operations Team.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy when handling personal and employment information.
• Follow verification procedures and operational guidelines.
• Manage assigned cases independently within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• The role is full-time and based in Dubai.
• Relevant experience may include field verification, background screening, banking, telecom, collections, field sales, investigation, or other field-based work.
• A diploma or degree from a recognized institution is required.
• Candidates must be comfortable travelling across Dubai for field visits.
• A valid Dubai driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and online reporting systems.
• Good communication, interpersonal, reporting, documentation, and organizational skills are required.
• Effective English communication is required; other local languages are advantageous.
• Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
