Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test electric and internal combustion forklifts and material handling equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service for customers under maintenance agreements.
Inspect equipment and recommend additional repairs or maintenance when appropriate.
Complete work orders, repair documentation, and service reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Communicate repair findings, recommendations, and equipment status with customers and internal service teams.
Coordinate daily service activities with the Service Coordinator and Service Manager to ensure prompt response to customer needs.
Maintain an organized inventory of parts and supplies within the company service vehicle.
Keep the service vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained, including routine inspections and scheduled maintenance.
Follow all company, OSHA, and customer-specific safety procedures.
Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with company and environmental regulations.
