Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Field Service Representative I to join our dynamic Equipment & Automation Brampton team.
The Equipment & Automation team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by providing technical support in various aspects of biomedical engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for installations, maintenance, and repairs of all site equipment.
Leveraging your excellent customer service skills, you will assist with the coordination of internal and external resources as necessary to implement the equipment program.
Drawing on your passion for change, you will propose program and process improvement recommendations to the direct Supervisor.
Utilizing your technical and computer skills, you will maintain computerized asset management database records and personal training documentation.
You will maintain the equipment, parts inventory and test equipment assed management database as well as perform ad hoc demand maintenance and repairs as directed.
Shift/hours - Monday to Friday, day shift
Travel requirements - travel will be required to attend mobile events, and transportation will be provided by Canadian Blood Services.
Physical requirements - ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.
