Role overview
Waters is seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer to support analytical instruments such as HPLC systems.
The role combines technical knowledge with customer communication and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Install and commission analytical instruments, including HPLC systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
- Train customers on instrument hardware and relevant software such as Empower.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Document installation and service activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Electronics or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge is required.
- Effective communication skills are required.
- One to three years of analytical instrumentation industry experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply.
