The Expert Centre Specialist acts as a liaison, provides product and service information, and resolves customer problems.

The role is for a one-year contract on third-party payroll.

Manage incoming web requests for technical queries.
Manage the customer journey from corrective-call logging through successful completion.
Set expectations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Work with field service engineers and support teams to resolve customer issues.
Resolve the maximum possible number of customer issues remotely.
Participate in internal escalation calls and keep customers informed.
Carry out preventive maintenance visits, installations, support, and product training at customer sites.
Maintain the customer call-tracking database according to company policy.
Drive internal and customer KPIs toward best-in-class standards.
Approximately 80% of time is spent on Expert Centre activities and 20% on customer sites.

Degree-level education in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Chemistry.
At least 3 years of experience with U/HPLC and MS instrumentation and Laboratory Data Systems.
Good written and verbal communication skills and an ability to build relationships.
