Role Purpose
Provide expert technical assistance and high-quality service for Electrophysiology customers.
Manage the service lifecycle, including installations, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, product launches, and compliance activities.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage customer service cases from initiation to resolution.
- Install new EP systems and perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, and urgent repairs.
- Support new product launches through installation, initial support, and customer training.
- Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Manage spare parts, service quotes, orders, invoicing, and shipping logistics.
- Monitor warranty periods and service contracts and follow up on renewals.
- Collaborate with commercial teams, distributors, and business partners across MEA.
- Travel approximately 50–70% within the Middle East and Africa region.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University or bachelor's degree in biomedical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
- At least 3 years of related field service experience.
- Experience with Electrophysiology systems, such as 3D cardiac mapping systems and RF generators, is strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Analytical reasoning, coaching, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and process improvement.
- Service request management, technical troubleshooting, technical writing, and work order management.
- Customer-centricity, partnering ability, team collaboration, and safety-oriented working practices.
Workplace and Travel
- Field-based role supporting customers across the Middle East and Africa.
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE, with extensive regional travel of approximately 50–70%.
