Work locations
- The role covers Doha onshore, China and offshore locations.
- The position includes frequent missions to vendor sites.
HSEQ responsibilities
- Ensure HSE receives the highest priority throughout project activities.
- Support and enforce the project HSEQ management system, including objectives, plans, procedures and specifications.
- Promote HSEQ awareness among workers and contractors through site tours, meetings and incentive actions.
- Monitor work activities and ensure risks are identified and assessed before execution through Job Safety Analysis.
Project phase activities
- Support updates to operating philosophies, operating manuals and procedures for facilities delivered by major projects.
- Participate in HAZOPs, HAZIDs, risk assessments, project reviews and operability or maintainability studies.
- Coordinate with project, commissioning and site teams to anticipate production impacts and facilitate offshore execution.
- Support contractor development of fit-for-purpose Field Operations procedures.
Operations delivery
- Identify and develop training for Field Operations stakeholders for new facilities.
- Represent project Field Operations at factory acceptance tests for critical equipment.
- Ensure project designs are coherent with existing field bottlenecks and planned debottlenecking actions.
- Lead or support site Operations Teams during installation and commissioning activities.
