Lead and take full ownership of site execution for data center projects.
Manage delivery from installation through integrated systems testing, operational readiness, and client handover.
Ensure delivery meets budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements while maintaining a zero-harm safety culture.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong background in electromechanical or HVAC disciplines.
- Solid knowledge of UPS systems and power supply infrastructure.
- Proven experience on large-scale mission-critical or data center projects.
- Track record leading MV/LV, generator, cooling system, and data hall infrastructure installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site execution across Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, ICT, Security, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm and Suppression, and Controls.
- Drive L1-L5 installation, pre-functional testing, Integrated Systems Testing, and performance or operational readiness testing.
- Lead failover, redundancy, and load bank testing and coordinate client witnesses, consultants, and OEM representatives.
- Champion zero-harm safety and ensure full HSE compliance on site.
- Manage commissioning documentation, turnover packages, client acceptance, and warranty support.
Workplace
- The role is site-based and requires physical presence at data center project locations.
