Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across key industries to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth
- Work closely with cross functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Identify and prioritize target segments and develop tailored value propositions
- Design, implement, and manage end to end marketing programs, including webinars, events, digital campaigns, and content initiatives
- Manage the program budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data driven insights and recommendations for optimization
- Partner with the Sales team to develop sales tools, messaging, and collateral that support the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure lead follow up and tracking
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing related inquiries from the Sales organization
- Oversee the creation of industry specific content, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts
- Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on industry or program marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a hands on approach to execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Description

Strategic Marketing Leadership
