- Set up and supervise CargoX's delivery continuity runner model across active operating zones
- Define field response zones, coverage plans, escalation routes, and deployment protocols
- Manage day to day performance of field runners supporting live delivery operations
- Coordinate with Operations Centre to dispatch field support during delivery exceptions
- Build and implement SOPs for runner deployment, field escalation, customer handover support, etc.
- Train field runners on operational standards, safety expectations, customer interaction, and reporting
- Monitor field performance, response times, issue resolution quality, and adherence to SOPs
- Support launch readiness for new delivery zones by assessing field coverage and runner requirements
- Act as link between Operations Centre and on ground field teams during live delivery activity
- Capture field feedback and convert into practical improvements for SOPs, routing, and deployment
- Maintain accurate records of field activity, runner deployment, incidents, delays, and daily performance
- Help build a scalable field fulfilment model for autonomous delivery operations across UAE
Requirements
- Experience in field operations, last mile delivery, logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, courier operations, or service fulfilment
- Strong understanding of on ground delivery challenges
- Comfortable supervising field teams and ensuring discipline
- Able to translate operational requirements into clear SOPs, training plans, and daily routines
- Strong communicator who can coordinate between teams
- Calm and practical under pressure
- Highly organized with strong follow through
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, early stage environment

Overview
- As CargoX scales its autonomous delivery fleet across the UAE, we’re looking for a Field Fulfilment Lead to set up and manage the on ground support model that keeps deliveries moving.
- You will oversee field runners, define response zones, support live operations, and make sure delivery exceptions are handled quickly and effectively.
- This is a hands on operations role for someone who understands last mile delivery, field coordination, and the discipline needed to keep service levels consistent as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and supervise CargoX’s delivery continuity runner model across active operating zones
- Define field response zones, coverage plans, escalation routes, and deployment protocols
- Manage the day to day performance of field runners supporting live delivery operations
- Coordinate with the Operations Centre to dispatch field support during delivery exceptions, incidents, delays, or customer impacting issues
- Build and implement SOPs for runner deployment, field escalation, customer handover support, failed delivery recovery, and incident response
- Train field runners on operational standards, safety expectations, customer interaction, reporting, and escalation procedures
- Monitor field performance, response times, issue resolution quality, and adherence to SOPs
- Support launch readiness for new delivery zones by assessing field coverage, runner requirements, route risks, and operational gaps
- Act as the link between the Operations Centre and on ground field teams during live delivery activity
- Capture field feedback and convert it into practical improvements for SOPs, routing, deployment planning, and operating discipline
- Maintain accurate records of field activity, runner deployment, incidents, delays, and daily performance
- Help build a scalable field fulfilment model that can grow with CargoX’s autonomous delivery operations across the UAE
Who You Are
- Experience in field operations, last mile delivery, logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, courier operations, or service fulfilment
- Strong understanding of on ground delivery challenges, including failed deliveries, customer availability, access issues, route delays, and operational exceptions
- Comfortable supervising field teams and ensuring discipline, responsiveness, and accountability
- Able to translate operational requirements into clear SOPs, training plans, and daily routines
- Strong communicator who can coordinate between control room teams, field runners, supervisors, and other internal stakeholders
- Calm and practical under pressure, especially when resolving live operational issues
- Highly organized, with strong follow through on reporting, performance tracking, and issue closure
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, early stage environment where processes are still being built and improved
- Hands on leader who is willing to get into the details and support the field team directly when needed
- Interested in autonomous delivery, mobility, and building the future of last mile logistics in the UAE
