Overview

  • As CargoX scales its autonomous delivery fleet across the UAE, we're looking for a Lead for our Ex UAE business to open and grow our markets beyond our home market.
  • You will own how CargoX enters new geographies, build the earliest pipeline outside the UAE, and turn unfamiliar markets into live, revenue generating operations.
  • As the commercial face of CargoX in new markets, you'll forge the first partnerships, negotiate the terms that make entry possible, and establish the relationships that underpin long term growth.
  • This is a greenfield, high autonomy role for someone who thrives where there's no playbook yet, central to how CargoX extends its position beyond the UAE.

What You'll Do

  • Own CargoX's entry strategy for new GCC markets and the revenue and partnership targets that come with it.
  • Identify and prioritize target geographies and build the early pipeline outside the UAE.
  • Build relationships with the partners, distributors, and stakeholders who turn a market entry plan into operations on the ground.
  • Negotiate market entry and partnership terms that balance speed, economics, and long term strategic fit.
  • Represent CargoX as its commercial face with partners, regulators, and senior stakeholders in unfamiliar markets.
  • Craft market entry approaches where no playbook exists, using AI tools to research markets, size opportunities, and pressure test entry strategies quickly.
  • Map the regulatory, commercial, and competitive differences across geographies and translate them into credible entry plans.
  • Design and oversee pilot programs that prove value fast and open the door to long term contracts.
  • Partner with our tech, operations, and product teams to tailor solutions to each new market's environment.
  • Operate with autonomy across time zones and markets, owning your portfolio in ambiguous, greenfield environments.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in business development, international expansion, market entry, or commercial roles within fleet, logistics, supply chain, mobility, or technology solutions.
  • A track record of opening new markets, building pipeline from scratch, and closing partnerships in competitive or greenfield environments.
  • A skilled negotiator with the credibility and executive presence to represent a company to senior stakeholders in unfamiliar markets.
  • Knowledge of international markets and the regulatory and commercial differences across geographies.
  • Fluent with AI tools to accelerate market research, opportunity sizing, and decision making.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy, and resilient when there's no established playbook to follow.
  • Willing to travel and operate across time zones as markets demand.
  • A strong communicator and relationship builder, able to align partners and senior stakeholders behind a shared plan.
