Overview
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems for a major development in Riyadh.
Support delivery of electrical infrastructure and building systems across convention centers, hotels, resorts, commercial buildings, and mixed-use developments.
Electrical Construction Supervision
- Inspect electrical construction against approved drawings, specifications, contracts, standards, and methodologies.
- Monitor power distribution, transformers, substations, switchgear, generators, UPS, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, and ELV systems.
- Verify delivered materials and equipment against approved submittals and project specifications.
Technical Review and Coordination
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, testing documentation, RFIs, and technical queries.
- Coordinate electrical works with civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, ICT, security, and specialist systems.
- Identify technical issues, design conflicts, construction constraints, and non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
