Overview
The Project Manager will lead construction delivery for an ultra-luxury five-star hotel resort and branded residences development.
The development includes high-rise towers, luxury hospitality facilities, podium structures, public realm works, and complex structural elements.
The role manages project execution from mobilization through testing, commissioning, and handover.
Project Management and Delivery
- Lead construction-phase delivery of hotel and residential high-rise projects through completion and handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure construction follows approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements, and project objectives.
- Drive project performance and resolve construction and technical issues.
Construction Oversight
- Oversee substructure, superstructure, structural works, architectural finishes, MEP coordination, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Monitor contractor performance and coordinate site activities among consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, operators, and stakeholders.
- Plan and sequence construction packages to achieve project milestones.
