Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant (Saudi National) to provide administrative and clerical support to project teams and business leaders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, and supporting various administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and project teams.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Prepare, format, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Manage calendars and meeting room bookings.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and visa documentation when required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and records, both electronic and hard copy.
- Assist with timesheet collection, expense claims, and purchase requisitions.
