Overview
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install VRF/VRV air-conditioning systems and associated HVAC equipment across client facilities.
Ensure HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently and comply with company and client standards.
Your role
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of VRF/VRV systems.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control-related faults.
- Install, commission, and test VRF/VRV units and associated equipment.
- Perform refrigerant recovery, charging, leak testing, pressure testing, and vacuuming.
- Conduct inspections and performance checks on HVAC systems.
- Maintain HVAC units, controls, sensors, compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
- Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and equipment logs.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and client safety procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and technical teams.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma, ITI, or technical certification in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
