Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, environmental regulations, and applicable industry standards
- Conduct field inspections, audits, and compliance assessments across gas plant and construction activities
- Monitor and support Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazard identification, risk assessments, and safe work practices
- Coordinate environmental monitoring, waste management, spill response, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking
- Implement and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety and environmental awareness programs, and contractor training
- Prepare compliance reports, analyze inspection findings, and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Experience in Oil & Gas operations, specifically Gas Plants and Construction Safety
- Knowledge of HSE policies, environmental regulations, and industry standards
- Experience with Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazard identification, and risk assessments
- Ability to conduct field inspections, audits, and compliance assessments
- Experience in environmental monitoring, waste management, spill response, and incident investigations
- Ability to deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs
