- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Accurately document all interactions, calls, and lead details in the CRM system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Background in printing, signage, or advertising is a plus
- Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, English, and Kannada

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Resilient and confident in handling objections and rejections.
- Experience in call centers or outbound sales roles preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Flexible working hours may be required.
