Job Summary
The Office Boy is responsible for providing support to the office by performing routine tasks such as maintaining **cleanliness**, **serving refreshments**, and **assisting staff** with basic **administrative and clerical duties**.
This role ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.
1. Pantry & Refreshment Duties
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.
- Monitor and refill pantry supplies as needed.
2. Office Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Keep the office, meeting rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
- Ensure all workstations, furniture, and equipment are kept tidy.
- Dispose of waste and maintain overall office hygiene.
3. Administrative Support
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Deliver documents and messages within the office.
- Support office staff with small errands and clerical tasks.
4. Other Duties
- Ensure the office is ready before staff arrive (cleaning, lights, AC, etc.).
- Cleaning out side of the office.
- Assist with meeting room setups and guest hospitality.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management or admin team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Good personal hygiene and professional behavior.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.
- Previous experience in office support roles is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
